'Story of the Navy' looks at the UK's senior service, from its position as the world's leading naval force at the beginning of the First World War, to the numerous brutal naval engagements during the Second World War and its place in the modern day. Finally, 'Story of the RAF' looks at the junior branch of the armed forces, established during the First World War, when both the technology and the techniques were in their infancy, to the vital battles over southern England against Hitler's Luftwaffe, up to modern actions against Iraq in the First Gulf War.
